Established in 1957, the North Bay and Area REALTORS® Association represents approximately 167 REALTORS® and 19 member offices. North Bay centers an area bound by Mattawa on the east, Verner on the west, Sundridge on the south and Temagami on the north.
The North Bay and Area REALTORS® Association empowers REALTORS® through tools, education, and advocacy that uphold professional standards, strengthen public trust, and ensure an ethical, innovative, and sustainable real estate industry. Sales Representatives and Broker members of our Association are also members of OREA (Ontario Real Estate Association) and CREA (Canadian Real Estate Association) and are entitled to use the REALTOR® name and trademark as well as the MLS® system. This ensures accuracy of information, professionalism and co-operation.
